Cowgirls Rule!

Another Cowgirl classic is in the bag. The NWRCHA Cowgirl Classic was held in
Lyndens new arena and the action was as great as the new facility. The beautiful
new building with Kyser engineered footing proved to be a great combination for
another outstanding cowhorse event. Motivated by the outstanding sponsorship
provided by our cowgirls, competitors from all over the northwest and Canada
gave it everything they had to get a piece of the pie.especially in the Non Pro
Challenge where once again it came down to the last run to determine the
champion. In the end, as has become the tradition, the champion was a Cowgirl.
Holding off Dave Diehl and Sheza Hailion by half a point was Tera
Chritianson and Tc Lena. This was a battle to the end between the Hackamore and
the Bridle and in the end experience and the bridle championed the day. Both had
great works all weekend and Congratulations to these riders.
During this show members voted for new board if director positions. Stay tuned
to the site and the winners will be posted shortly. The latest standings
are in. Check them out. Things are starting to develop and as we head to Moses
lake the little things will start to matter.
Boxers take note the club will be offering a boxers only clinic prior to the
Limited Rider Challenge in Moses lake. Take advantage of the opportunity to get
schooled by two of the best non pro coaches out there. Dean McCann and Kim Witty
will get you ready for your challenge at a great price for a clinic. I took
advantage of the clinic prior to the non pro challenge and I guarantee it made a
huge difference in my show performance. Thanks to Dan Roeser for
his time helping us challenged folks.
Look for details on the clinic here at the site.

See ya in Moses Lake!
