NORTHWEST REINED COW HORSE ASSOCIATION HELPS“REIN IN CANCER”

The Northwest Reined Cow Horse Association
is pleased to announce a special event at our May 2008 show. We will
be raising funds for the “Breast Care Express” mobile mammography
unit which is sponsored by Swedish Medical Center in Seattle, Washington.
This unit travels throughout Washington State serving women who may
not otherwise have access to a mammography screening. Saturday, May
3rd is our designated “pink” day and before the evening
classes start, we will be having a special introduction of riders whose
lives have been affected by breast cancer and a “pink” team
steer daubing competition. “Rein In Cancer” apparel is available
for sale with a percentage of the proceeds going directly to the Breast
Care Express.

Cow Horse Association.
They have committed their financial support to the derby being held
at Rim Rock Ranch in Bend, Oregon. The derby is now proudly able to
offer a total of $8,500 in Added Money.
The NWRCHA Futurity is offering $10,000 in Added Money. This includes
money generated from the NWRCHA Stallion Auction and will have a special
incentive purse available for offspring of the Stallions that have
sold in our auction!
Nutrena is our horse show sponsor on July 18th/19th. Thank you to
Terry, George and Jenn for all the support you offer our organization!
Drag N’ Fly Ranch is a welcome new sponsor to NWRCHA. They
are sponsoring a $4,000 Added Money – yes, $4,000 – horse
show on Sunday, July 20th! That ought to be enough money to keep you
at the show for the day Sunday!! Thank you Drag N’ Fly.
Besides the cash, we will be offering some fabulous prizes as well.
